24" x 24" | More than meets the eye

Artist Note
This piece is one of three inspired in a large stretch of roadside native flowers that recently replaced grass in my Denver neighborhood, thanks to the passion of some members of a local government agency. Now we not just have a beautiful stretch of native florals, but ones that reduce the need for water and upkeep. In addition to a home for bees! A beauty, but more to her than meets the eye.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping, and possibly slightly longer for framed works. Allison will communicate with you before shipping to align on timeline, details like signature on delivery, if you have upcoming travel, etc. Paintings will be shipped with utmost care, first carefully packaged by Allison with glassine paper and other acid-free protective materials as needed. Works are then handed off to FedEx and/or UPS handle professional-grade packaging and shipping. 



Framing
If framing is selected, note that Allison works with local, Denver-based artisans on the construction of real-wood frames and the mounting of the pieces within. Mounting involves drilling through the frame into the wooden crossbars of the canvas, and then adhering D-rings and hanging wire across the back. All materials are weighted to >2x the weight of the finished piece (including frame). Safe installation of framed work is the responsibility of the collector.

+ Piece is signed, dated, and titled on the back 

+ If framing is selected, mounting hardware will also be installed. This will include two D-rings weighted collectively to > 2x the weight of the framed, and a hanging wire also rated to >2x the weight of the framed work. Safe installation is the responsibility of the collector. 

Local Pickup


Local pickup helps save on packing materials and shipping cost - thank you for considering this option! Pickup will be at the French Press coffee shop on 12th avenue in Denver, CO. (Congress Park neighborhood). Allison will arrange pickup time with you upon order (you will get a link to an invite with a selection of available times). Pickup must be completed within 7 days of purchasing the piece. Art (and/or frame) will be wrapped in glassine paper and plastic wrap to help ensure smooth transport, but without a box. It is recommended to bring a packing blanket to ensure smooth transport home!
