All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Denver, Colorado.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. For larger or framed pieces, please allow additional time for preparation.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping speed and carrier are selected based on the size and destination of the artwork.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price for all orders within the continental United States unless otherwise noted.
Delivery Times
Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 2–7 business days once shipped. All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Large & Rolled Works
Some larger works may be shipped rolled for safe transit. These pieces can be easily stretched or framed upon arrival. We’re happy to provide guidance if needed.
Local Pickup (Denver Area)
Local pickup may be available for select works and will appear as an option at checkout when eligible. If local pickup is selected, we will contact you via email within 1–2 business days to coordinate a pickup time and location in the Denver area. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe once ready. Please bring a suitable vehicle and any necessary assistance for transporting larger pieces.
Damage in Transit
We take great care in packaging your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Allison Lipp Art is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
