Return & Refund Policy
I want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, I'm here to help.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me at allison@allisonlippart.com with your order number and information about what is necessitating the return. 

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Artwork must be returned using the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns to cover handling, packaging, and processing.

Condition of Items
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. Returns that arrive damaged or improperly packaged may not be eligible for a full refund. 

Non-Returnable Items
All commissioned pieces are final sale

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the artwork has been received and inspected

Because each piece is original and one-of-a-kind, returns are rare, but this policy is in place for peace of mind. If you’d like help choosing the right piece for your space, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
